Organizer Application - 2026 Pre-Conference Meeting for Trainees

If you are interested in organizing the 2026 Pre-Conference Meeting for Trainees, please complete the application below by March 1, 2025.

Current membership in NAVBO or the Microcirculatory Society is a criterion. You must be a postdoc or a graduate student at the time of the meeting - October 2026. Prior experience in organizing meetings or sessions, whether inside or outside your institution will be considered. We also request a letter from your supervisor supporting your application for this position.

The 2026 meeting organizers, will review the applications and select two co-organizers. We will aim to select one postdoctoral fellow and one graduate student, but this is not required.
