Career Development Forum Part IV: Good Practices for Grant Writing

The NAVBO Education Committee is sponsoring its fourth Career Development Forum on Tuesday, November 29, entitled "Good Practices for Grant Writing" from 1pm to 2 pm EST. The roster of panelists includes Drs. Lu Han from The Children's Hospital of Wisconsin,  Lucy Liaw from Maine Health Institute for Research, Sophie Maiocchi from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and Lawrence Pinkus, who was an SRO at NIH for 32 years, primarily in vascular biology. Drs. Glicella Salazar-De Simone of Columbia University Medical Center and Dr. Ziqing Liu from Medical College of Wisconsin are moderating this discussion. As in the past, the format will consist of an informal question-based forum with short answers. If you are interested in attending, please submit questions for the panel prior to the event to careerforum@navbo.org.
